3D Data Processing Window

This panel allows the user (1) to select various 3D-processing parameters and options and (2) to process and visualize the resulting 3D NMR spectra. Here is a description of those features that are specific for the 3D Data Processing Window. The description of the common features for all data processing regimes can be found in the Data Processing Window.

  1. 3D-REAL: After processing the data, click here to obtain a 3D (cube) representation the real part of the resulting spectrum. See 3D-Window for details.
  2. 3D-IMAG: After processing the data, click here to obtain a 3D (cube) representation the imaginary part of the resulting spectrum. See 3D-Window for details.
  3. 2D-REAL: After processing the data, click here to define and display slices of the resulting 3D spectrum (real part) along the user-defined axes. See 3D-Window for details.
  4. 2D-IMAG: After processing the data, click here to define and display slices of the resulting 3D spectrum (imaginary part) along the user-defined axes. See 3D-Window for details.
  5. FID: Display FID's in the user-defined direction (currently disabled).
  6. 2D-Imag-Proj: Click here to obtain (process) and display a projection of the (imaginary part) of the spectrum onto F2-F3, F1-F3, or F1-F2 planes. The first plane from the experimental data set will be taken and processed as a 2D data set, according to processing parameters specified in the corresponding columns (D2-D3, D1-D3, or D1-D2, respectively). See 3D-Window for details.
  7. 2D-Real-Proj: Click here to obtain (process) and display a projection of the (real part) of the spectrum onto F2-F3, F1-F3, or F1-F2 planes. The first plane from the experimental data set will be taken and processed as a 2D data set, according to processing parameters and options specified in the corresponding columns (D2-D3, D1-D3, or D1-D2, respectively). See 3D-Window for details.
  8. Acqu Order: Use this pull-down menu to specify the right acquisition order (3-2-1 or 3-1-2) used in your experiment, for data processing.
